This introductory article to the special issue “Dialogic pedagogy and democratic education” aims reflect upon process of putting this together pinpoint some most relevant aspects articles collected within issue. Therefore, reverberating one editors’ perspectives, not only is paper meant introduce DPJ readers texts compiled in volume, as well it dedicated giving you, dear reader, a glimpse journey taken by editors authors. It also tries situates its social historic chronotope justify ever-so-present appeal reinforce, advocate share theoretical discussions practical accounts which focus on dialogic educational efforts – both distant more recent events that took place different contexts, parts world.
